i had a big room, it was especially amazing for the price. i really loved a comfortable leather armchair. location across from the station was ideal.

The location was very convenient, directly across from the train station. The staff was AMAZING!!! I appreciated their friendly and helpful attitude. My room was modern, and I was very pleased with its updated features.
The parking app did not work because my Google account is set to the US. The hotel advertises parking for £10 per day, yet I paid £20. The windows were difficult to close, annoying.

small room street noise
The room size was quite disappointing. It felt cramped. I also had trouble with the noise from outside. Loud music and people kept me awake. The windows did little to block the sound. The sticky floors in the bar were unpleasant too.

helpful staff superb location great choices beautiful building
I found the reception staff very helpful. the hotel's location is superb, right next to the train station. the breakfast selection had great choices and tasted really good. the building has so much character. It's a beautiful place with a lot of history.
the water pressure in the shower was not the greatest, something i hope they can improve.

my room was quite spacious for a single and it was quiet. i found the room clean and it was well equipped. it was perfect for what i needed it for, it met my needs.

the front desk was quite friendly! they provided quick check-in. the staff promptly addressed my requests. i didn't have any problems , and they answered all my questions.

huge apartment living space complete kitchen
i thought i booked a hotel room, but it turned out i had a huge apartment! there was a separate living space. the kitchen was really complete and the bathroom was great. i would certainly stay again!
the room was really hot even when i opened the window! it was july. i think i would have needed air conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently situated very close to the train station. This makes travel easy. several pubs are close. the main shopping area is a short walk away. It is great for shopping.

Reception staff are really friendly. They are very helpful. the hotel offers bottomless brunch with carafes of cocktails. these include prn star martinis, pimms, aperol spritz, and prosecco. service was great.

My room had a very comfortable bed and pillows! it was perfect for one person. I slept really well. the room was on the fifth floor. i did not hear anything during the night.

Coffee and tea are provided. That's great. the hotel served a mixed platter with a burger. the platter also had prawns, chicken, and paprika chips. It also included flat bread. the food was delicious!
